What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and process incoming sales contracts and paperwork
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for next steps
- Communicate with sales consultants to clarify or correct paperwork
- Follow up with customers regarding paperwork, scheduling, and updates
- Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone and email
- Maintain organized and accurate project records
- Help keep the sales and production process running smoothly from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of office experience
- Associate’s degree (or higher) preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly phone presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently when needed
