About the Role:
As a Training Manager, you’ll lead the transformation of employee training programs, ensuring compliance with 14 CFR part 145 requirements and enhancing workforce performance in aircraft maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Revamp and manage comprehensive training programs.
