Responsibilities:
- Perform and evaluate daily maintenance and inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Identify and report unusual issues to the Lead Mechanic that may impact schedules or flight readiness.
- Oversee field base maintenance operations, ensuring safety, security, and compliance.
- Prepare, certify, and maintain maintenance reports, logs, and inspection records per FAA and company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory control using RAMCO.
- Collaborate with the Lead Mechanic, AMBS, and other key stakeholders for efficient task completion.
- Manage parts inventory levels and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Ensure company tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
- Minimum of 2 years of certified aircraft maintenance experience.
- Strong communication and computer proficiency.
- Ability to pass physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
- For Roving Maintenance Team roles: experience with sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work night shifts as required.
