About the Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a distinguished private aviation company recognized for delivering exceptional convenience, quality, safety, and service.
As CEO, you will provide executive leadership across the organization, shaping its long-term vision, driving financial performance, and leading sustainable growth. You will oversee strategic initiatives, operational excellence, customer experience, and organizational development while working closely with the Owner and senior leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision, including fleet growth, geographic expansion, and increased market share, in partnership with the Owner.
- Lead overall financial performance, including full P&L responsibility, revenue growth, margin improvement, and capital planning.
- Oversee daily business and aviation operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing senior leadership team aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, industry standards, and applicable safety requirements while promoting a strong safety-first culture.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class workforce aligned with the company’s values of safety, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, market expansion opportunities, and potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Owner, providing regular business updates, performance reporting, strategic recommendations, and market insights.
- Represent the company as a respected leader within the private aviation industry and broader business community.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of progressive senior executive leadership experience within the aviation industry.
- Prior experience as a CEO, COO or President, or comparable executive leader is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience leading Part 135 private aviation operations and managing a sizeable multi-aircraft fleet.
- Demonstrated success driving profitable growth with full P&L ownership and financial accountability.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aviation operations, safety management, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing executive and leadership teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to represent the organization effectively to clients, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Experience with Jet Card programs, Fractional Ownership models, and private aviation services is preferred.
