Responsibilities:
- Coordinate flight operations ensuring compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations and the General Operations Manual.
- Maintain operational control procedures, including trip coordination, flight tracking, and communication with crew and leadership.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international trips, managing permits, customs, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor active flights, ensuring safety through meticulous flight tracking and operational awareness.
- Manage aircraft scheduling and communicate operational changes to crews and relevant departments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; a college degree or aviation-related education is preferred.
- Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operational coordination.
