Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect chimneys and fireplaces for cleanliness and safety.
- Clean and maintain chimneys and fireplaces using specialized equipment.
- Remove debris and creosote buildup from chimneys.
- Repair and replace damaged chimney components as needed.
- Service gas, direct vent, and wood-burning fireplaces.
- Educate customers on chimney safety and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Follow safety policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- CSIA Certification preferred (training assistance available).
Additional Requirements
- Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Active cell phone required for communication and scheduling.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record preferred.
- Professional appearance and commitment to safety.
- Experience as a chimney sweep or similar trade preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift equipment.
- Knowledge of CRM/appointment software is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
