The Role
We're looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant who's sharp, organized, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'd be the kind of person who notices when something's off in a spreadsheet and can make a customer feel welcome the moment they call us.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling data entry and bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Owning the front desk — answering calls, greeting visitors, keeping things professional and friendly
- Jumping in to support the office and management team on various projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Some previous office, clerical, or admin experience (doesn't have to be extensive)
- QuickBooks experience is a big plus
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office
- Great with people — on the phone and in person
