Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line support for high volume trading activities during U.S. and extended market hours
- Monitor trading systems and electronic connectivity with market centers, clearing firms, and OMS providers
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, technology, and Seoul-based teams to ensure consistent execution and timely resolution of issues
- Liaise with external partners to resolve trading problems including clearing firms, exchanges, and vendors
- Execute client orders across U.S. equities, ETFs, and options, ensuring adherence to best execution standards and regulatory guidelines
- Handle trade reconciliation, exceptions, and post trade issues, including corporate actions
- Contribute to the development and optimization of trading workflows and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations through execution of Written Supervisory Procedures
- Stay informed of regulatory changes, industry trends, and market developments to provide actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for process and technology optimization to enhance trading efficiency
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in brokerage and trading
- Strong proficiency in trading technologies, OMS, and related platforms
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and external partners (clearing firms, exchanges, vendors)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
- FINRA Series 7 license required
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
