Role Description The Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings with hiring managers, creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating selection and offer processes. The Talent Acquisition Partner develops strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience for all candidates. Daily responsibilities include building diverse talent pipelines, maintaining accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, supporting employer branding initiatives, and representing Tosoh America, Inc. at career events or networking opportunities. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, reporting on hiring metrics, and supporting broader HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across a variety of roles and levels.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Background in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization through job postings, social media, and talent outreach.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring teams to define role requirements, assess talent, and support effective hiring decisions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in corporate or multi-site recruiting, preferably within manufacturing, chemicals, or related industries, is beneficial.
