Position Summary
The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of client care and team accountability. This individual will work closely with ownership and management to oversee front desk operations, support staff development, optimize scheduling, and ensure every client receives a luxury experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and has a passion for hospitality, beauty, wellness, or luxury service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily spa operations and workflow management
- Support and oversee front desk and concierge team performance
- Ensure exceptional client service and guest experience standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and resolve booking challenges
- Handle client concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor operational procedures and maintain spa standards
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and accountability
- Support inventory management and product merchandising
- Review reports and help identify opportunities to improve performance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Collaborate with leadership on operational initiatives and special projects
- Maintain a polished and professional spa environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of management, assistant management, or leadership experience
- Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, medical spa, retail, or customer service environments preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead with professionalism, positivity, and accountability
- Comfortable handling difficult situations with discretion and confidence
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and management software
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Available to work weekends
