Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greensboro, NC, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients. Day-to-day activities include building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, identifying customer needs, and recommending Toshiba’s hardware, software, and service solutions that align with client requirements. The Senior Account Manager will lead the sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through proposal development, negotiation, and closing, while ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account support. This role includes collaborating with technical and service teams, preparing accurate forecasts and reports, and regularly reviewing account performance to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Senior Account Manager is expected to maintain a strong understanding of Toshiba’s product portfolio and industry trends to provide informed, consultative guidance to clients.
