Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, NH. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a sales territory, and building long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily activities include conducting discovery meetings, presenting Toshiba solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals for hardware, software, and managed services. The Sales Executive will collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and explain products such as copiers, printers, managed document services, and digital signage, translating technical features into business benefits.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels within client organizations.
- Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Office) and comfort working with digital platforms to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Proven ability to set priorities, work independently, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development is highly beneficial; experience in document solutions or technology sales is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory for client visits.
