Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Field Service Technician II in Fishers, Indiana.
You’ll work with industry-leading office technology while supporting customers throughout your assigned territory. From troubleshooting and repairs to installations and upgrades, you’ll play a key role in keeping multifunction printers, copiers, and Managed Print Services (MPS) environments running at their best.

What you’ll do
- Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
- Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
- Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
- Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
- Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment, Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge systems, fingerprint equipment, or comparable products
- Relevant education, certifications, or internships in related fields may be considered in lieu of the required experience
- Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business
Earn Well
- Hourly Range: $20.00 to $22.00, depending on experience.
- $1,000 sign on bonus.
- Monthly Performance Based Technician Bonus - up to $6,000 per year—$450 per month, plus an accelerator.
- Fleet vehicle and gas card when available; Service Mileage Reimbursement Plan
