Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: We typically pay our skilled contractors between $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
- Trial Period: We offer a one-week paid trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties. Upon successful completion and mutual agreement, we are excited to offer ongoing employment as a 1099 Sub Contractor
- Steady Work & Variety: Enjoy consistent work with a wide range of projects, keeping your skills sharp and your days interesting.
- Local Work: All job sites are located within 30 minutes of Collegeville, PA, ensuring reasonable commute times.
