Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:

Partner with Principal of Sales & Marketing, Leadership, and Department Directors, Managers to create and manage client and market sector business strategies and meet company revenue goals.

Analyze professional services trends, competitor activities, and client data to identify new opportunities and threats.

Remain up to date on architectural, engineering, and construction industry trends by researching and identifies potential clients capitalizing on emerging trends, participation in professional services associations, and events to make recommendations.

Strategize with Leadership and business operations on potential geographic mergers and acquisitions, expansion of offices, and new lines of professional services.

Partners with Marketing to integrate the strategies into overall marketing and branding initiatives and presentation materials.
Client Relationship Management:
-
Act as a primary point of contact for highvalue clients, managing relationships and proactively addressing client needs.

Maintain a high level of proactivity and clientfacing interaction.
-
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client teaming relationships projects being worked or completed, TCT core services, deliverables being provided, revenue, profitability to provide insights and recommendations.

Conduct client satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement to inform business decisions.

Develop personalized communication strategies and engagement plans.
Business Development:

Develops and maintains a strong and effective business network with current and prospective architectural, engineering, developers, construction management, public and government clients.

Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and crossselling cost management, planning and scheduling, project controls, program management, and owner advisory services to existing and new clients.

Monitor targeted procurement websites for project opportunities to identify and develop client teaming pursuits and new consulting opportunities as a prime offeror.

Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Be able to multitask and manage multiple opportunities in key market sectors while driving sales for the company.

Lead business development and corporate initiatives by collaborating with marketing management to create, roll out, and maintain new marketing processes.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Marketing to support the development of technical and cost proposals that align with client expectations.
-
Use CRM tools to track and update business opportunities.
-
Create key business reports, as requested by Leadership management team, related to new business leads, pipeline progression, service deliverables, and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
-
BA or BS preferred
-
8 to 10 years of experience required, preferably in Business Development, Project Management, or Marketing within the A/E/C industry

Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks, communicate well with others facetoface and on the phone, and respectfully, yet firmly push business development initiatives forward
-
Prioritization, time management, relationship building, and organizational skills a must

Ability to work from NYC and remotely with a strong competence in remote communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

A selfstarter with excellent organizational abilities and who is an effective communicator and listener

Ability to work in a deadline and detailoriented environment

Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
