What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - Italian Restaurant position at Toscana Forno Reading?
Toscana Forno Reading is looking for experienced cooks for the AM or PM shift. We are looking for a candidate with strong knife skills and a strong work ethic to join our team.
Having cooking experience in a high volume environment Italian restaurant is required.
Responsibilities include Cutting, working w/ Ovens, Chopping & Grilling, Sauté. Experience with a flat-top grill and gas grill.
Full availability is required.

Duties:
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards.

Requirements:
Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Shift availability:
Full Availability
Must be available to work weekends including Sundays.
Must be available to work holidays
