What You'll Do
D365 Architecture & Ownership
- Serve as the internal Application Architect for Microsoft D365
- Develop and maintain a clear architectural point of view on system configuration and design
- Assess the current D365 environment and define a 90-day evaluation and optimization roadmap
- Lead architectural decisions that improve scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability
- Reduce dependency on third-party consultants by owning system design decisions internally
- Architect integrations, extensions, and system enhancements
- Guide configuration strategy across the D365 platform
- Oversee and challenge external partners to ensure sound architectural standards
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity
- Establish architectural standards and change governance processes
- Maintain documentation of system architecture and configuration decisions
- Present recommendations and roadmap priorities to IT and senior leadership
What We Are Looking For:
- 5 years serving as a D365 Solution Architect or Application Architect
- Demonstrated experience architecting and governing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Experience leading multiple full lifecycle D365 implementation
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data architecture, and scalability principles
- Experience managing and directing third-party consultants
- Proven ability to assess and optimize existing D365 environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics-driven organizations
- Experience transitioning organizations away from heavy consulting reliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform
- Experience defining ERP governance frameworks

Work Schedule
- Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA
- Onsite Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday (company-paid parking)
