What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at our Salt Lake City Service Center, your work will directly support the performance and reliability of our equipment and facility. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Performing preventive maintenance and conducting regular inspections for safety and reliability
- Supporting facility upkeep including plumbing, painting, drywall repair, cleaning, and general maintenance
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to address recurring issues and improve system performance
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca’s internal safety standards
- Demonstrating strong understanding of and consistent adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
We’re seeking a skilled technician who is comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of maintenance experience in mechanical and electrical systems
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and production safety practices, including LOTO
- Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is a plus
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
We hire Maintenance Technicians across all shifts at our Salt Lake City Service Center:
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM–6:00 AM
