What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at our Omaha Service Center, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and systems that keep our wash operations running smoothly. This includes:
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and safety
- Supporting general building maintenance (plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, general upkeep)
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve recurring equipment issues
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca internal safety protocols
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of and adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You should bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA and production safety practices, including LOTO
- Strong electrical knowledge (schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, control logic)
- Understanding of industrial mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
- Flexibility to work overtime and support business needs
We Hire Maintenance Technicians Across All Omaha Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Sunday night–Friday morning)
