This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: You have demonstrated experience leading the design and development of print trends, themes, concepts, colors, techniques and materials relevant to defining a print story across multiple categories. You love creating artwork that is unique to the brand DNA and inspiring and developing design talent along the way. A Day in the Life: The typical day is… atypical. You might be creating colorways for special fabric developments, working with Merchandising on the overarching category needs, or presenting your concepts to the broader team. All while leading a team and balancing multiple seasons at once, prioritizing workloads according to calendar and seasonal timelines. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team across design and merchandising who share your passion for excellence… and beautiful product! To Land This Role: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Fashion, Textiles or Surface Pattern Design Minimum of 15 years of relevant design experience, some or all specific to print & textile design Strong computer knowledge including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Excel. Ability to hand sketch. Have a good understanding of print processes & techniques on a production & mill level Have experience in placement/engineered prints and how to format these to sketches & pattern pieces Strong design and conceptual skills; strong sense of style and color. Previous luxury apparel experience preferred. Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is 235,000.00 USD - 335,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
