Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while preparing and serving food items when required.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and menu items to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when needed.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in various capacities as needed.
• Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
