Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team during overnight hours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee mechanical and electrical systems, ensure safety compliance, and maintain optimal manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team during the third shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Manage maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage components—and HVAC systems to minimize downtime.
• Utilize schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance program using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule inspections and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety audits, enforcing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
• Lead projects related to facilities management, including plumbing system maintenance, HVAC repairs, electrical upgrades, and facilities improvements.
• Manage facilities maintenance teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing training, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience supervising industrial maintenance teams within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage—using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety procedures in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Facilities maintenance management experience, including plumbing system repair, HVAC system repair, and general facilities upkeep.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, project management, and fostering a safe work environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
