What You’ll Do
- Conduct scheduled phone interviews with individuals involved in mass tort medical claims
- Gather case-specific information with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail
- Explain legal processes and document requirements in a client-friendly manner
- Accurately document information into CRM systems for legal team review
- Follow established interview protocols to ensure legal compliance and completeness
- Escalate urgent concerns or inconsistencies to team leads or attorneys
- Manage call flow while maintaining empathy, patience, and efficiency
Your Background
- 2 years of experience in legal intake, related customer service, or in a related client-facing role
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position requires verification of employment eligibility in accordance with federal law, and participation in E-Verify.
