Salary: $150,000-$160,000 annually, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff
- Monitor quality of care, resident satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
- Manage budgets, staffing, and facility resources
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys
- Develop and implement performance-improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current LNHA/Nursing Home Administrator license in CT
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field preferred
- Previous skilled nursing/long-term care leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of CMS, state regulations, and long-term care operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
