The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers at the auto body shop, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. This role assists with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication between customers, insurance companies, and the production team. Greet all customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer incoming calls promptly; direct calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.Schedule vehicle drop-offs, estimates, and deliveries.Handle customer inquiries regarding repair status, timelines, and shop procedures.Assist with intake paperwork, estimates, and authorizations.Input customer and vehicle information into the management system (Carbeat) accurately.All vehicles must be checked in with RO# tags, seat covers and floor mats. Photos must be inputed into CCC ONE in the correct L.O.V.E format.Collect paymentsCommunicate with insurance companies and rental car representatives when needed.Support estimators and managers with filing, scanning, and document organization.Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support smooth shop operations.Benefits and 401k after 90 day probation period
