Role Description
This full-time, on-site Concrete Project Manager position is based in Modesto, Ca The role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, coordinating with teams, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Effective communication with stakeholders and a proactive problem-solving approach are integral to the position.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including budget management, scheduling, and project scoping.
- Knowledge of Expeditor and Expediting processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Strong skills in Inspection and Logistics Management for effective oversight and resource coordination.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with California building codes and regulations, particularly in concrete and structural construction.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as project management and scheduling platforms.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
