What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hyrox/HIIT Coach position at Torrance Training Lab?
We’re looking for a fun and energetic HIIT/HYROX Coach for early morning classes, Monday, Tuesdays possibly Thursday or Friday 5am & 6am
PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Lead class workouts, including instructing, correcting form, scaling movements based on experience level and/injuries.
- Assist with programming class workouts
- Being positive and encouraging
- Customer service duties (i.e., greeting customers, assisting members with paperwork, etc.)
- Basic social media updating as assigned
- Assist members with start-up
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Effective presentation and listening skills
HOURS NEEDED
- 3 days per week mornings - Monday, Tuesday, 5am &6am.
