Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MEMS Process Integration Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team, reporting to the VP of Silicon Process Development. In this role, you will be part of the team developing world’s first thermoelectric / thermal-diffusion nanoCompressor-on-chip MEMS microfluidic device to enable the smallest insulin patch ever.
Responsibilities:
- Process Ownership & Development: Own and manage, the nanoCompressor MEMS process module integration. Develop, optimize, and maintain comprehensive process flows to ensure superior product performance, yield, and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with process, design and test engineers to implement robust process integration strategies and methodologies. Interface with external partners as needed.
- Wafer Management & Analysis: Collect, analyze (using statistical methods like DOE, SPC, JMP), and interpret on-wafer metrology data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues and ensure process stability.
- Troubleshooting & Improvement: Proactively identify and correct problems in MEMS devices and fab processes using experimental methods. Work on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, minimize variations, and optimize cycle time.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain thorough process integration documentation, including process flows, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Present findings and strategies clearly to technical teams and management.
