- Lead the development and delivery of brand and partnership strategies rooted in insight and aligned to client goals.
- Build strong client relationships and manage day-to-day delivery with excellence and empathy.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders as needed to bring strategies to life.
- Be a doer as much as a thinker — rolling up your sleeves to support on-the-ground activations, events, or campaign delivery when needed.
- Support new business opportunities through proposal writing and presentations.
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and courage, mentoring junior team members and inspiring great work.
What You Bring
- 5–7years’ experience in brand strategy, marketing, partnerships, or communications(agency, brand, or property side).
- Proven ability to craft and deliver strategies that drive brand and business results.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills: written, verbal, and visual.
- Strong project management, organization, and budget oversight capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and an instinct for connecting insight to creative opportunity.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
