Title: Paid Media & Growth Marketing Manager
About the Role Torque Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to bring our paid media execution in-house. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who wants to focus on one brand, drive performance, and be part of a growing fitness company with a strong culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of paid media accounts across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Build, test, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI across awareness, acquisition, and retargeting funnels
- Monitor performance dashboards and provide insights to leadership
- Stay on the cutting edge of AI advertising tools and integrate automation into campaign workflows
- Manage ad budgets of ~$80K/month, ensuring efficient allocation by platform and campaign type
- Partner with internal creative team to develop ad assets, copy, and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creative, and audiences
- Report weekly/monthly on performance, trends, and recommendations
- Collaborate with sales and brand teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and events
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven track record managing $50K monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and YouTube ads
- Familiarity with GA4, attribution modeling, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for fitness and lifestyle brands
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows for paid media, growth marketing, or ecommerce.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to increase testing velocity and improve campaign performance.
- Curiosity and experimentation with new AI-driven marketing technologies.

Salary
- $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience with potential bonus structure up to 10% of salary
