🧩 The Role
Join a leading NYC–NJ general contractor specializing in high‑quality commercial fit‑outs across healthcare, corporate, aviation, and industrial sectors. You’ll travel between job sites in the late stages of completion—managing close‑out, punch‑lists, finishes, and final inspections.
âś… Your Responsibilities
- Oversee punch‑lists and final handovers across multiple sites
- Ensure finish quality for carpentry, millwork, and overall fit and finish
- Coordinate with PMs, site supers, and subs for a polished turnover
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

- Strong carpentry skills—quality standards come naturally
- Minimum 5 years in commercial interior construction
