Superintendent – Commercial Interiors
📍 Location: New York City
We're working with a well-established, mid-sized General Contractor in NYC that has a busy workload and a huge pipeline of work lined up. They’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their team and take the lead on commercial interior projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on commercial interior fit-out projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and vendors to keep everything running smoothly
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
- Working closely with PMs, clients, and design teams to solve issues on the ground
What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects (NYC experience required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of construction schedules, site logistics, and safety protocols
- Ability to keep multiple trades aligned and motivated
