Project Manager – Heavy Civil & Infrastructure 🚧
Compensation - (DOE) $150k - $200k Bonus plan paid progressively throughout projects.
Location: NYC
I'm looking for an experienced Project Managers to oversee large scale rail and infrastructure projects across NYC. Work on high-value projects ranging from $30M to $250M , managing all aspects of delivery from field to office.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead one project at a time, ensuring schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals are met 🛠️.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, and clients.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify risks and opportunities 📐.
- Support project execution from preconstruction to closeout.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure or rail construction.
- Strong organizational and communication skills 🗣️.
- Field-based with occasional travel to nearby stations or project sites 🚆.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver complex projects successfully.
