Compensation: $130k-$160k
Our client is a well-established general contractor delivering commercial interior and mixed-use construction projects across NYC.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee onsite operations for mixed-use projects in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Direct field operations and supervise subcontractors and trade teams
- Maintain project schedule, monitor safety and quality standards, and enforce compliance
- Liaise with Project Manager, design team, and site staff to ensure seamless communication
- Conduct site meetings, review daily logs, track progress, and manage punch lists and close-out activities
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent on mixed-use projects in NYC
- Strong leadership, organization, and trade coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of NYC construction standards and onsite operations
- Comfortable in a field-based role with strong communication to both field and office
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
