Overview
TORQ Distribution is a fast-growing sales and distribution company supporting automotive service centers across the region. We are looking for a motivated, reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Kansas City team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and enjoys a mix of warehouse work and local deliveries.
What You’ll Do
Deliveries & Client Service
- Deliver products to local clients throughout the day with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide professional, friendly service during all client interactions.
Warehouse Operations
- Support the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse and distribution activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Inventory Management
- Receive, check in, and organize incoming inventory as part of weekly distribution cycles.
- Track and record product movement to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, process, package, and ship client orders with precision and attention to detail.
General Support
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed to support overall warehouse and business operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: No major violations within the past 3 years.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift and move heavy products regularly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Dependability: Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and respect in all interactions.
Preferred
- CDL License
- Warehouse Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is helpful but not required.

- Communication: Clear and effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive client relationships.
