This company owns and manages properties throughout the East Coast including several in Savanah. This Property Manager will oversee a 232-unit property and will oversee leasing and maintenance staff. Duties Include:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for both current and prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service.
- Responding to all forms of communication including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Conducting leasing efforts through persuasive sales strategies and professional telephone techniques.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing lease agreements along with other necessary rental documents.
- Collecting rent and deposits in a timely, organized fashion while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Addressing resident concerns and maintenance requests efficiently and with professionalism.
- Monitoring and managing delinquencies by issuing late notices and overseeing the eviction process when required.
- Supporting operational excellence by identifying and suggesting areas for improved resident satisfaction and property performance.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date records, processing all administrative paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Carrying out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in property management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service/communication skills
