This Leasing Consultant will assist in responding to inquiries, increasing occupancy, and renewals.
Duties Include:
Conducting weekly inspections of vacant units to ensure readiness and cleanliness
Managing incoming calls and respond promptly to leasing questions and requests
Supporting the Property Manager by monitoring rental market trends and suggesting strategic adjustments
Tracking occupancy goals and contribute to achieving budgeted leasing targets
Overseeing the issuance and return of individual unit keys during move-ins and move-outs
Coordinating and assist with the planning of monthly resident engagement events
Processing rental applications and gather necessary lease documentation
Collecting and accurately log rent payments, deposits, and applicable fees
Completing detailed move-in and move-out inspections to ensure property standards are met
Preparing and submitting maintenance and service requests on behalf of residents
Maintaining and organizing up-to-date lease documentation and resident files
Helping manage the office’s record-keeping system to ensure accurate data entry and file maintenance
Keeping vacancy reports current with daily, weekly, and monthly updates
Performing other related tasks and provide general office and leasing support as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous experience within the residential leasing industry or 1 year of sales experience preferred
