As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food service and alcohol handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or lounge setting.
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Works cleanly with attention to detail on workplace cleanliness and guest presentation.
