Marketing Assistant

We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to support outbound marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution for our business-to-business clients. This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in marketing, growth, or business development.

You’ll work closely with sales and marketing leadership, gain hands-on experience with real campaigns, and learn how marketing directly drives revenue.

• Support B2B marketing campaigns across outbound channels
• Assist with lead generation, list building, and prospect research
• Help manage and update contacts, campaigns, and notes in a CRM
• Coordinate messaging between marketing and sales teams
• Track basic performance metrics (open rates, responses, lead flow)
• Assist with content preparation for LinkedIn and email outreach
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution

• Entry-level (0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or internships)
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and repetitive tasks
• Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
• Interest in B2B marketing, growth, or business development

• Hands-on experience in real B2B campaigns (not busy work)
• Exposure to sales, marketing, and revenue operations
