Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, project coordination, and customer support. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in organizing and planning company events
- Provide customer support through phone and email communication
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using various office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
