As a Customer Service Team Lead, you are responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals by setting standards for delivering the highest level of customer care. Responsibilities:
- Promote positive customer relations through effective management and demonstration of expertise.
- Provide support to customers via e-mail, telephone, and LiveChat.
- Monitor customer service department productivity and extend training where necessary.
- Interact with colleagues via e-mail, telephone, and LiveChat to resolve issues.
- Assist team members to improve their own job performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,656.00 - $110,000.00 per year
