Duties
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support food safety protocols and proper handling of ingredients
- Buss tables and assist with customer service as needed
- Help with stocking supplies and rotating stock to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality dining experiences
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold sanitation standards
- Assist in banquet or special event setups when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industries preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or serving is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
