CSR/ SA

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Station Attendant (CSR/SA) to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience by providing accurate information, assisting passengers, processing ticket sales, and maintaining a clean and safe terminal environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys interacting with people, demonstrates professionalism, and is committed to providing exceptional service while supporting daily terminal operations.

• Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, visitors, and business partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding destinations, schedules, fares, directions, and company services.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Sell and process ticket purchases via telephone, internet, and over-the-counter transactions.
• Operate cash registers, credit card terminals, and other point-of-sale equipment.
• Maintain positive working relationships with partner agencies and vendors.
• Greet visitors and notify appropriate personnel of visitor or vendor arrivals.

• Assist passengers with luggage handling, including loading and unloading baggage.
• Ensure all baggage complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to passengers throughout their travel experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of terminal facilities, including:
  • Waiting areas
  • Restrooms
  • Windows
  • Parking lots
  • Driver dormitories (where applicable)
• Sweep, mop, empty trash, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Assist with cleaning company vehicles at designated locations.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and keep washing areas organized.
• Properly dispose of wastewater from motor coaches when required.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and required safety gear.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with bus fueling operations at designated terminals after proper training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating operating systems and typing.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move luggage as required.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, transportation, retail, hospitality, or related experience.
• Experience handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as needed. (70 lbs.)
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
