We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Requirements
- 2 years of prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
- Ability to work in a retail environment
