We are seeking a driven Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent who will actively prospect, build long-term client relationships, and assist clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate needs while developing into an independent producer under the guidance of our senior team.
Key Responsibilities
Travel: 10–20% (property tours, client meetings, industry events)

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and cold & warm call to generate new client relationships and listings in industrial, office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, land, and investment sales/acquisition opportunities
- Assist clients with leasing, purchase, or disposition of commercial properties; perform market research, prepare marketing materials, and conduct property tours
- Provide investment analysis, valuation opinions, and consulting services under the guidance of senior agents
- Build trust-based, long term relationships by listening intently, solving problems creatively, and delivering exceptional service before, during, and after every transaction
- Network aggressively, attend industry events, and represent the firm with professionalism and integrity
- Utilize CRM platforms, Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and other technology to manage pipelines and deliver high quality client presentations
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Alabama real estate license (salesperson or broker)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated work ethic, critical thinking, and problem solving ability
- Customer service mindset with a genuine desire to serve others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and willingness to master CRM and presentation software
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or client facing experience (real estate not required)
- Aptitude and commitment to pursue the CCIM designation within the first 24–36 months
- Desire to become active in industry boards (NAIOP, CCIM chapter, local chamber, etc.) and give back to the community
