- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and vaccination updates.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing examination rooms.
- Provide clients with information on pet care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Skills
- Knowledge of animal husbandry and veterinary terminology is essential for effective communication with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with animal anatomy and veterinary critical care practices is a plus.
