We are looking for someone to occasionally substitute teach during the work week to a small group of 55 individuals. You must have your own liability insurance. - Class Days/Times: Flexible (Mornings 9-11am). Preferred - Wednesdays Class Size: Intimate sessions with 5-15 motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.

Preferred Availability
- A weekly 45-minute time slot on a Monday - Friday morning: 9:30am - 1pm
- A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
- Experienced in leading group fitness classes
- CPR and AED certified (required)
- Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
- Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba or Barre workouts
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
