This is your opportunity to share your passion for wellness in a premium community environment, where you'll inspire residents to move, sweat, and feel their best.

Location (various): Zip Codes - 37209, 37208, 37205 & more!
Class Type: Toning, HIIT, Bootcamp, Mobility.
Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3-5 motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.

Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Who You Are:
A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
Experienced in leading group fitness classes
CPR and AED certified (required)
Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
What You'll Do:
Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
