Project Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 5 years of architectural experience to lead the successful delivery of projects from schematic design through construction administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of project management experience, a high level of technical competency, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously. Licensure is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead project teams through all phases of design and documentation, from conceptual design through construction documents and construction administration
· Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent, schedule, and budget are met
· Manage team schedules, task assignments, and deliverables to meet deadlines across multiple projects
· Perform Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews of drawings and specifications
· Oversee and participate in Construction Administration, including site visits, RFIs, submittal reviews, and punch lists
· Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress
· Guide and mentor junior staff and support a collaborative studio environment
· Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and firm standards
· Support the Principal in resource planning and project profitability
Qualifications:
· Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
· 5 years of total architectural experience
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
· Licensed Architect preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)
· Proficient in design documentation and detailing across all phases of project development
· Demonstrated experience managing small-to-medium sized teams
· Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and project delivery
· Highly detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
· Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
· Experience with architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
