Toray Advanced Composites (TAC) is a leading supplier of advanced composite materials for the aerospace, sporting goods, motorsport, and industrial markets. You will find our thermoset composite products on nearly every satellite, space launch vehicle, unmanned aircraft, military and commercial aircraft in production today. TAC also provides composites materials to industrial and recreational applications including mountain bikes, medical prosthetics, and sports equipment.
Our thermoplastic prepregs, known in the industry as Cetex®, are found in a wide range of commercial and military aircraft, including large wing structures and interior applications like seats and galleys. Our Cetex products are available in unidirectional tape or fabric form in a variety of engineered thermoplastic resins including PEEK, PPS, PEI as well as a full line of performance thermoplastics including Nylon, PET, PC/ABS, HDPE, and PP.

Summary of Functions:
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key contributor to the company’s marketing efforts, playing a role in planning, executing, and optimizing various initiatives. Key responsibilities will include coordination and execution of marketing activities, assistance with content creation, website management and tracking, as well as tradeshow and inventory management. The successful candidate will have excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and distribute marketing materials, including ads, brochures, presentations, signage, and other promotional materials.
- Manage the submission of ads, press releases, and promotional content to media partners in accordance with the content calendar.
- Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows. This includes coordinating show logistics, sponsorships, and packing and shipping of tradeshow and promotional materials.
- Manage and update content on the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn and YouTube).
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Participate in discussions with the website vendor and provide insights to improve user experience and achieve marketing goals.
- Implement digital marketing strategies including email campaigns and online advertising, and track key performance indicators.
- Maintain and update the content calendar to align marketing activities with content schedules and promotional opportunities.
- Maintain an organized inventory of marketing collateral, tradeshow materials and promotional giveaways.
- Partner with external vendors to order and coordinate printing of marketing materials.
- Aid in proofreading and editing for accuracy and consistency.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required to meet the company’s goals and objectives.
Experience and/or Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience in social media management in a professional setting and website content management systems a plus
- Must have strong work ethic, problem solving and prioritization skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier Pro)
- Follow safety procedures for PPE (personal protection equipment)
- Travel may be required (up to 10%)

Salary Range:
$87,000 - $115,000, DOE
